Net Health was my first venture into the healthcare space. I led the content creation, management, and execution for multiple EHR software product lines across various audiences to drive MQLs. Work included managing a quarterly content calendar of blog posts, press releases, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and e-books, and managing a team of freelancers.
Content highlights:
- Wrote the company’s most successful e-book The Ultimate Guide to Therapist Productivity, a 30+ page guide, with thousands of downloads and warm leads generated. I worked with the demand gen manager in ideation and multiple company SMEs to develop and proof the content.
- Reorganized the website IA with new product lines from mergers/acquisitions and improved Resource Hub organization with tagging and intuitive taxonomy updates.
- Early adopter of AI-assisted writing technology Jasper (then Jarvis) to reduce content creation costs by 40% and improve content production time by 50%.
- As a side project, I worked with a teammate to design and optimize our inter-team content workflows and handoffs. After presenting and getting everyone’s buy-in, we saw dramatic improvement to process efficiency for everyone on the marketing team, and it became the new standard model going forward across teams.
